Feeling Exhausted

You ever sit back and wonder what will happen if you decide to do nothing today. I have been having that feeling for over a month. I want to be responsible for no one… answer to no one… cook and clean for no one… talk to no one… I want to travel to an undisclosed location alone for 5 days… I would like to wake up and eat what ever I want whenever I want. I want to get my daily massage from head to toe, a facial scrub, have all of my meals served to me room service style for the first day… On the second day, I would like to spend all day on the beach soaking up some sun and relaxing, reading a book and swimming. On day 3, I want to take a few tours in the daytime then back to my room to get pampered with all of the food I like… By day 4 and 5, I just want to repeat day 1 and 2 over. I am laughing as I type this because I have done this before… And as unreal as it seems it is amazing to know that this want is not too far fetched from my reality. The last month in a half has been quite demanding and is taking a toll on me mentally. I need a mental break from life to do absolutely nothing to get back in touch with my feelings and my wants and to make sure I maintain my sanity. I am giving so much of myself that I don’t have time to fill my cup back up as it is being depleted. So, a much needed break is necessary.
